eMinister Jeff Bellamy is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and servant leader. Retired from Eli Lilly and Company after 35 years. Now serving at Eastern Star Church in Fishers, Indiana, he operates in his spiritual gifts of Shepherding, Teaching, and Administration.

As the visionary behind Armorerbearers 360, Jeff equips churches to launch vibrant, impactful men’s ministries grounded in legacy, servant leadership, and spiritual accountability. His work with Healing Outside the Sanctuary and Gen III reflects a heart for creating multi-generational spaces for healing, growth, and connection. Jeff’s functions as a curriculum architect and facilitation leader. Jeff serves in ministry with a strategic mind and a shepherd’s heart, Jeff develops practical frameworks to strengthen fathers, empower leaders, and build lasting bridges across communities.
