Minister Jeff Bellamy is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and servant leader. Retired from Eli Lilly and Company after 35 years. Now serving at Eastern Star Church in Fishers, Indiana, he operates in his spiritual gifts of Shepherding, Teaching, and Administration.
As the visionary behind Armorbearers 360, Jeff equips churches to launch vibrant, impactful men’s ministries grounded in legacy, servant leadership, and spiritual accountability. His work with Healing Outside the Sanctuary and Gen III reflects a heart for creating multi-generational spaces for healing, growth, and connection. Jeff’s functions as a curriculum architect and facilitation leader. Jeff serves in ministry with a strategic mind and a shepherd’s heart, Jeff develops practical frameworks to strengthen fathers, empower leaders, and build lasting bridges across communities.

Ministering to the Men who Minister to Men (M2X)

M2X is a two-day workshop covering six modules designed to meet the needs of ministry leaders. Ultimately, ministering to men is about equipping leaders with the tools and concepts for their men to live out their faith in a way that is authentic, transformative, and impactful. Helping men to become husbands, fathers, and leaders, that God has called them to be. In addition, the ministry will aid in developing healthy relationships with other men.

Fatherhood Co-Hort (6 Weeks) – The FUEL Curriculum

Fathers United – Elevating Legacy (FUEL) is a transformative program designed to empower young fathers by reshaping their perspective on fatherhood, personal accountability, and legacy-building. This six-week journey provides a structured environment where fathers engage in meaningful discussions, guided facilitation, and peer-to-peer learning, equipping them with the tools needed to overcome obstacles and grow into intentional, responsible leaders within their families.
